ISA Telangana - Membership Process

The application for Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists (ISA) Telangana membership is available online. Applicants can complete the registration process by providing the required personal details, payment receipt, photograph, and supporting documents.

Documents Required

Please keep clear soft copies of the following documents ready before starting your application:

  1. Payment Receipt – ₹11,800/- including 18% GST.
  2. MBBS Degree Certificate.
  3. MBBS Registration Certificate issued by the MCI/NMC or State Medical Council.
  4. Bonafide Certificate from the HOD/Dean – applicable to PG students.
  5. PG Degree / Pass Certificate – applicable for LM/ALM membership.
  6. Additional Qualification Registration Certificate – PG Degree/Diploma/DNB, wherever applicable.
  7. Recent Passport-Size Colour Photograph – JPEG format, good resolution, with a plain background.

 

Steps to Complete Your Online Application

  1. Visit the ISA Telangana membership registration portal.
  2. Click on Register Online.
  3. Fill in your Basic Information and other required details.
  4. Enter the email address that you want to use for ISA communication. This email ID will also be your login ID.
  5. Create a password and confirm it. Please remember your login credentials for future access.
  6. Complete the membership application form and upload all applicable documents.
  7. If you cannot complete the application in one session, you can save the application and continue later by logging in again.
  8. Carefully review all the information and uploaded documents before submitting the application.
  9. Submit the application once you are satisfied that all relevant details are correct.

 

After Submission

After successful submission of your online membership application:

  • You will receive an SMS/notification regarding your application.
  • Your Application Number will be provided through the ISA system.
  • Further communication regarding your application will be made through the registered contact details.
  • Please keep your Application Number safely for future reference.
