Documents Required
Please keep soft copies of the following documents ready before starting the online application:
- Payment receipt for the applicable membership fee, including GST.
- MBBS Degree Certificate.
- MBBS Registration Certificate from MCI / State Medical Council.
- Bonafide (PG Student) Certificate from HOD / Dean — for Associate Life Membership (ALM).
- PG Degree / Pass Certificate — for Life Membership (LM) / Associate Life Membership (ALM).
- Additional Qualification (PG Degree / Diploma / DNB) Registration Certificate — for Life Membership (LM).
- Recent colour passport-size photograph in JPEG format, with good resolution and a plain background.
Important: Please upload a clear, recent passport-size colour photograph. The application may be processed only after a good-quality photograph is uploaded.
Membership & Registration
Eligible anaesthesiologists can apply for membership through the official ISA Telangana membership/registration process. Applicants should provide the required professional and contact details and submit the applicable documents.
Complete the membership application form with accurate information, upload the required documents, and submit the application along with the applicable membership fee.
Applicants may be required to provide professional registration details, qualification information, identification/contact details, and other documents specified in the membership application.
Membership fees can be paid through the payment method provided on the official ISA Telangana website or membership portal. Applicants should retain the payment receipt or transaction details.
Leadership, Elections & Results
ISA Telangana is administered by its elected office-bearers and governing/Executive Committee in accordance with the Society's Constitution and applicable rules.
Office-bearers are elected according to the election procedures, eligibility requirements, nomination process, voting system, and timelines prescribed by ISA Telangana.
Eligible members who satisfy the membership and election requirements prescribed by ISA Telangana may participate as voters or candidates, as applicable.
Election notifications, schedules, nominations, instructions, and other official information should be published through the designated ISA Telangana communication channels.
Official election results are published through the authorized ISA Telangana website or official communication channels after the election process is completed and results are formally declared.
Events, Programs, CSE & Academic Activities
ISA Telangana organizes academic meetings, conferences, workshops, scientific sessions, training activities, professional development programs, and other activities related to anaesthesia.
CSE refers to Continuing Scientific/Continuing Professional Education activities conducted to support ongoing learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development among members.
Event registration can be completed through the registration facility provided for the respective program. Participants should check the event notice for eligibility, fees, deadlines, and registration instructions.
Certificates may be provided for eligible events based on the attendance and certification requirements specified for that particular program.

Branches, Members, Conduct & Attendance
ISA Telangana may have district/local branches that support professional, academic, and organizational activities at the regional level. Branch information can be viewed through the official website.
Branch activities, meetings, programs, and announcements may be published through the respective branch and official ISA Telangana communication channels.
Members are expected to maintain professional ethics, respect colleagues and patients, protect confidentiality, avoid harassment or discrimination, follow Society rules, and uphold the reputation of ISA Telangana.
Attendance may be recorded for meetings, conferences, CSE programs, workshops, and other activities where attendance is required for participation, certification, or organizational purposes.
Complaints or violations may be reviewed according to the Society's prescribed procedures. Appropriate action may be taken after due consideration and in accordance with the Constitution and applicable rules.
