Message from the President, Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists – ISA Telangana

Dear Esteemed Members of ISA Telangana

It is both a privilege and a great responsibility to serve as the President of the Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists – Telangana Chapter. I extend my sincere gratitude for the trust and confidence placed in me. This role is not merely a position, but a commitment to serve our fraternity with dedication, integrity, and vision. Together, we aim to strengthen our specialty and elevate the standards of anaesthesia care across Telangana. Our journey forward is guided by the core values of Competence, Commitment, and Compassion. We strive to ensure that every anaesthesiologist in our state has access to the latest knowledge, advanced skills, and continuous learning opportunities. Through academic initiatives, CMEs, workshops, and collaborative programs, we will foster a culture of excellence and innovation in anaesthesia, perioperative care, pain management, and critical care.
A key focus of ISA Telangana will be to promote uniform, safe, and high-quality anaesthesia services across all regions—urban, semi-urban, and rural. No patient should receive compromised care due to geographical limitations, and no anaesthesiologist should feel unsupported in their professional journey. We are committed to strengthening our academic platforms, encouraging research, and empowering young anaesthesiologists who represent the future of our specialty.
We also recognize the importance of unity, collaboration, and member welfare. ISA Telangana will continue to support its members through professional guidance, knowledge sharing, and initiatives that address both academic and practical challenges, including those faced by private practitioners. By enhancing communication, adopting digital platforms, and encouraging active participation, we aim to build a strong, connected, and progressive professional community.

My vision for ISA Telangana is rooted in three key pillars:

Scientific Excellence

To promote evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and cutting-edge research across all domains of anaesthesiology—from core anaesthesia to emergency care, perioperative medicine, pain management, and critical care.

Service to Society

To expand our contribution to public health by promoting safe anaesthesia practices, improving access to pain relief, and engaging in community outreach initiatives such as CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) awareness and training programs.

Solidarity & Support

To strengthen our professional community through mentorship, wellness initiatives, and collaborative platforms that empower every anaesthesiologist—from trainees to experienced practitioners.

A key priority for ISA Telangana is to ensure uniform, safe, and high-quality anaesthesia services across all regions—urban, rural, and underserved areas. We also aim to support our members through professional guidance, knowledge sharing, and initiatives addressing both academic and real-world practice challenges.

As we move forward, we envision a transformation from limited presence to strong digital presence, enhancing communication, accessibility, and engagement through modern platforms. This will enable us to connect better, learn faster, and grow stronger as a unified professional body.

Together, let us build a future where anaesthesiology in Telangana is not only clinically उत्कृष्ट but also socially impactful and nationally recognized. I invite each of you to actively participate, share your ideas, and contribute your energy to this collective journey.

I invite every member to actively engage, contribute ideas, and participate in our programs. Together, let us uphold the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and ethical practice. With collective effort and shared vision, we can achieve excellence and make a meaningful impact on healthcare in Telangana.

Thank you for your continued support.

Long Live ISA Telangana
